WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING?

All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment. You will receive an email when your items have been shipped. Don’t worry we will keep you updated about your order throughout the order delivery process.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

This depends on the type of products you are ordering. Household accessories and most jewelry items are typically delivered within 11 – 21 days of the shipping date. For all other specialty items, please allow up to 28 days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. Wherever possible we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress. International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries might take longer, depending on the country they are shipping from. Orders shipped from within the United States take between 5 and 10 days to be delivered.  Please note delivery times increase around holidays so if you plan on buying an item as a holiday gift we recommend buying a month in advance of the holiday to ensure timely delivery.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

We are a global platform bringing you interesting products from all around the world. As a result many of our specialty items are shipped from countries such as USA, UK, China, Canada and Hong Kong.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We always strive to provide a customers with a tracking number wherever possible. However in some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. If this is the case for your order please do not worry, all of our orders have a 100% delivery guarantee.

IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED?

So if for some reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified above, send us an email and we’ll issue either a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will normally offer a replacement at no extra charge (please note this is at our discretion and is reviewed on a case to case basis)

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID?

When shipping items from international suppliers, it can take several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS website. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

 We always try our best to combine shipments whenever possible. However products might be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
